So your interview went well. You’re convinced that this is job for you and that you’re the person for the job. Let ’em know. Within 24 hours fire off an email to anyone you met offering thanks. You should express your interest in the job and company. Finally use this communication to reinforce to them why you’re the person for the position. Tell them what contribution you’ll make when hired. Remember, it’s still not about what they can do for you but how you’ll help the company grow and prosper. You’ll have time to present your wish list when and only when an offer is pending. So dash off that thank you note.
