There’s going to be a point during your interview where you’ll be asked to comment about past employers. Regardless of the circumstances that caused you to leave a past or current employer never speak badly about them. Everyone, including past employers, have some redeeming quality, so find it (almost everyone that is). Find that one positive kernel and let it out. What’s probably true is if you’re interviewing in a similar industry then your potential new employer may already know of issues. By not adding fuel to the fire you’ll put yourself above the fray. So the bottom line is keep your comments positive and be ready to start afresh with a new company.
