CNC Operator

Job Description:

What you will do as a CNC Milling Machinist:
- Production of high-quality components, prototypes, and high-volume production at DMG MORI 4, and 5 axis milling machines
- Set up machines for individual parts, prototypes, and small series
- Adjustment of program parameters at machine
- Control, adjustment and exchange of tools
- Inspect work using standard and automated inspection equipment
- Interpret dimensions on print in metric and imperial units
- Maintain a clean work area and observe all safety procedures
- Execute machine offsets and tool changes
- Troubleshoot and clear machine alarm conditions as required
- 1st shift, 2nd shift and rotation 1st shift, 2nd available

Job Requirements:

Professional experience in the production of components, prototypes, and highvolume
production
 Knowledge of programming DMG MORI 3, 4, 5 axis milling machines
 Knowledge of Siemens, Heidenhain, and/or MillPlus control
 Capability to read customer drawings
 Capability to work with metric system
