Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced administrative professional for a Project Coordinator role. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, creating, and disseminating correspondence between C-level client contacts and internal team members. You will regularly schedule project meetings, proofread and edit project documents, and maintain all communications sent/received. You will be the hub of the team and report directly to the president of the company.

- Self-starter with ability to foster positive working relationships.
- Utmost professionalism in written and oral correspondence to communicate with executives within and out of the company.
- Salesforce experience preferred but not required
