Project Manager

Job Description:

Seeking a Project Manager for a company in the architectural building products industry located in Ladson, SC.   Our client brings designs to reality, building and installing cabinets, trim, and millwork in commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces throughout Coastal SC.   Their reputation for creating quality products has garnered numerous architectural awards and exponential growth with new and existing clients.   

The PM is responsible for managing a variety of project activities including coordination between GCs and estimating teams, drafting revisions, document administration, and management of installation. It is an office-based position but the PMs are encouraged to visit project sites to ensure installation meets design specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates should be well-versed in AutoCAD in order to review and modify architectural drawings.
• Expertise in project management methodologies required.
• Proficient with project scheduling and time management to meet installation deadlines.
• Communication skills are essential in order to effectively coordinate activities between all project partners.
