Job Description:
Reliability Engineer – Optimize Performance & Prevent Failures
- Anticipate & Prevent Issues – Conduct FMEA and predictive analysis to mitigate risks and optimize asset performance.
- Diagnose & Resolve Problems – Perform root cause analysis to implement long-term solutions, not just quick fixes.
- Enhance Equipment Reliability – Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to extend equipment lifespan.
- Maximize Efficiency – Monitor OEE and analyze failure data to identify performance gaps and drive improvements.
- Innovate & Integrate – Research new technologies and implement best practices to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate & Train – Work cross-functionally and develop training programs to embed reliability in operations.
