Having clear career goals provides the motivation and helps you remember why you’re working late when everyone else is gone, or why you chose a specific niche.
- Success. Success does not come easy. However, there is an incredibly satisfying feeling when accomplishing a specific goal set from the month or year before. This is tangible evidence that you’re becoming successful, and have achieved whatever goal it is you have in mind. Success is, in short, accomplishing what you set out to do.
All of these tie into an overarching theme of accomplishment. Having a vision and clarifying a goal will allow you to hold yourself accountable, provide motivation to accomplish it, and yield the final success you’ve set out to achieve.
