Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Civil Designer to work with other staff as a project team member requiring site, roadway, storm drainage, and utility design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and design, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist with preliminary and final design work.
• Assist with design calculations/specifications and prepare report figures and exhibits.
• Perform survey and drafting operations as related to site design.
• Prepare complex construction drawings and details using AutoCAD or Carlson applications.
• Perform work assignments in accordance with established schedules and within the prescribed budget.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Civil Design, CAD, and site inspections
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated to successfully interact with clients, the public, and team members.
• Ability to collaborate with in-house Engineers and Landscape Architects.
• Skill in operating various specialized software and office equipment, e.g., large format plotters, AutoCAD or Carlson, Microsoft Office/Excel.
• PE License is not required.
