Job Description:
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of a national restaurant chain's newest location in Grant Park / Atlanta. This role has oversight of all food & beverage operations, forecasting, scheduling, and leadership. This national restaurant group offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, comprehensive benefits package and profit sharing.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of restaurant including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and profit margins, and take appropriate action to address variances.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to drive customer traffic and increase brand awareness.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork, morale, and employee engagement.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant General Manager experience in full-service and high-volume restaurant.
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant POS systems.
