Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules for industrial equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Prioritize maintenance tasks based on equipment criticality, production schedules, and resource availability.
• Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning role within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in aluminum production or similar industries.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements applicable to industrial maintenance operations.
