Job Description:

Responsibilities include daily management of the Maintenance Department to ensure continuous plant operations through maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. The Maintenance General Supervisor works closely with associates in engineering, planning, production, R&D and ESH to manage total maintenance efforts for multiple areas within the plant.

You will be involved in equipment repair, capital improvement projects, oversight of contractors, and helping to plan and direct annual and ongoing maintenance program initiatives. This includes setting budgets, evaluating and researching existing tooling and equipment replacement costs,   and managing EHS activities to ensure compliance. This role has direct supervision of multiple maintenance technicians and supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing and maintaining EHS policies
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate activities with all departments throughout the plant.
• Proficiency with software programs used to monitor and diagnosis manufacturing equipment operations/failures.
• Some work may be required outside of normal business hours.
