Product Support Engineer 3  

Seeking a highly motivated experienced full stack developer for an exciting opportunity with the C-17 Fleet Reliability & Analysis Team in Warner Robins, GA

Position Responsibilities:
The ideal Product Support Engineer candidate will maintain the life-cycle development of existing web applications and Tableau dashboards in support of C-17 Engineering and Integrity Programs.
Typical tasks include but not limited to the following:
• Support day to day operation and enhancement of the applications and dashboards.
• Support development, testing, deployment, and configuration control of the tools.
• Manage access to data and applications.
• Support and automate processes and tools as required.

Project/day-to-day activities the Product Support Engineer will be working on:

Shifts: First, 730-430
The Product Support Engineer role is 100% onsite

OT / DOT expected - Yes

Job Requirements:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not
required, accreditation standard

Top 3-5 HARD Skills REQUIRED to perform this role/job:
• 7+ years of experience as full-stack developer
• 7+ years of experience in ASP.NET MVC
• 5+ years of experience in Entity Framework, Javascript / jQuery
• 5+ years of experience in Object Oriented concepts
• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server, Oracle

Top 3-5 Skills PREFERRED to perform this role/job:
• 5+ years of experience in Kendo UI
• Experience in Bootstrap
• Experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD

Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment – OJT or formal classroom training.
